Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

We currently deliver within Germany and the European Union.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, strikes, peak seasons).

1.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completion of your order.

A shipment confirmation including tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Complaints and Defective Goods

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at [team@sheeen.store].
In such cases, we will bear the return costs and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with statutory warranty rights.
