1. Shipping Information

1.1 Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment.

1.2 Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Germany, the European Union, and selected international countries.

1.3 Delivery Time

  • Within Germany: approx. 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Within the EU: approx. 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: delivery times may vary depending on the destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, strikes, peak seasons).

1.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before completion of your order.

1.5 Tracking
A shipment confirmation including tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal / Widerrufsrecht)

2.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

2.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

2.3 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

2.4 Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

  • Returns within Germany: 

  • Returns from outside Germany: Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods were defective or incorrectly delivered.

2.5 Condition of Returned Goods
The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

2.6 Exclusions from Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

  • Goods that are not prefabricated and are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, swimwear, earrings)


3. Complaints and Defective Goods

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, please contact us immediately at [sheeen.shop@gmail.com].
In such cases, we will bear the return costs and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with statutory warranty rights.
